Great staff! I treated my daughter to an IV to help with a migraine going on 10 days. She was dehydrated and has small flat veins. They kindly worked with her and she was a trooper!! They were finally able to get the IV in and get her the treatment. She will know more how it helped in the next 24-48 hours. She said “mom they are all so kind!”

I’ve been a long term customer from the grand opening of the Hess Road location. Yesterday I found myself in dire straights having just returned from an international trip and having caught a nasty case of food poisoning. I was severely dehydrated, having lost 15 pounds in just four days. I walked in and sat down. Sara asked me what they could do, I shared my issue, and she took it from there. Due to the severe dehydration, most of my normal veins were a challenge to access. But they succeeded, painlessly (I HATE needles). I was quickly hooked up, given oxygen, fell asleep and my body quickly sucked up two liters of much needed hydration and electrolytes. I am so grateful for Sara and her team (in both locations). They consistently deliver kind, empathetic, superior service!

I took my Mom to Prime IV because she can't kick the cold/flu thing she has and Sarah and the Team were outstanding. My Mom is very uncomfortable getting shots or IV's and the staff at Prime went waaaay out of their way to make her feel comfortable and distract her when they were administering the IV.If you care about customer service and want to go to a place that cares about you. I strongly recommend Prime IV

I have been routinely going to Prime IV for about 2 years, usually stopping in 1x a month. I typically get an immunity boost, with Tordal for inflammation and a couple others to help with cholesterol, metabolism, and energy. Sarah, Dustin, and the rest of the team are top-notch at both th3 North and South Parker locations. Always give great recommendations on what my body may need based on how I am feeling. Their system tracks when/what you last received and have truly designed this to keep you in the know and getting your body what it needs.. 100% recommended from anyone who has a hard time getting an IV, both physically and mentally, they really take that to the next level and look at you as a person and make it so easy.

I LOVE this place. It's like spending time at a spa! Kelly was wonderful and treated me like a king. And the IV was simple and painless. I almost fell asleep in the comfy massage chair. I went with the "Transformation" membership because I want the consistent health benefit, and I'm DEFINITELY coming back again and again. Thank you Kelly and Prime IV!

Personal opinion - they treated their nurse horrifically. If you care that health care workers are treated with dignity, go somewhere else.
