Sorry that this is a late review, we had our 1-bedroom condo renovated in Nov 2024. We never had any problem with Jean’s team during the renovation, his employees were very polite which our neighbors also took notice. Jean and his team were on top of everything we want and the communication with them were easy. They were able to repsondbto our questions/concerns. Really appreciate their hardwork, my partner and I were happy with the outcome. Will go with them again if needed.

JC at Gauranteed Contractors was the best experience we’ve had with contractors. He joined us on a site-tour next day, provided detailed estimates for the remodels, and easily updated/ revised per our requests. We didn’t end up doing the remodels (didn’t close on the home), but we’ll reach out to JC again for future needs!
