Josh was excellent all around during our home search, especially since we told him up front we were very picky and had been looking at homes for several years. He is an "out of the box" thinker and went to work right away looking into options we may not have thought of to find homes. Anytime we had a question or wanted to walk-thru a home he would have a response within 24 hours or less. We never had to prompt him to get things done, but at the same time was never pushy. Whenever we walked thru a home he was always honest and never tried to talk us into liking something about a home just to push a sale unlike other realtors we had worked with in the past. Josh stuck with us as we searched for 9 more months until we finally found our new home. They also understood and cooperated with an unforeseen personal issue that required a temporary delay in showing the property.
