Second time home buyer and the difference between Tim Heise and the previous guy was night and day. Not only was the booking process a breeze, but the entire process was smooth and easy. Tim was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I don't think I'll be buying a third home any time soon but when we do we'll be coming back to CHI and Tim!

As a Real Estate Broker for over 40 years I've attended Hundreds of Home Inpsections, so I know a good inspection vs just phoning it in. When my wife and I moved to Chicago from Florida I looked online for an inspection company and after doing my reasearch chose Chicagoland Home Inspectors. Vince did our house inspection and was extremely thorough. He spent 3+ hours on our ranch home, as opposed to the 1.5-2 hours most inspectors spend in a home and was very helpful in reviewing everything he found in the home. The home had solar panels and Charlie came out to do the solar inspection. Not only did he do the inspection on the panels, but expalined how they worked and what I should expect from them. I highly recommend Vince and Charlie and would definatley use them again.

Our home inspection experience with John was absolutely fantastic! Our inspector was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand, and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.We especially appreciated how detailed the inspection report was and how clearly he explained which items were important versus more minor concerns. Vince was an excellent inspector, he was professional but also very honest about the property. He never sugarcoated anything but wanted us to know what we were getting ourselves into. He answered all of our questions and then some. I felt very confident after his inspection that we understood the full picture about the property. If I had the opportunity, I would choose Vince again!

Frank Dattalo performed our home inspection recently. He was formal and strict and his technical work was solid. He covered every major system in detail and documented his findings in a clean report with photos. It was an informative process that gave us the facts we needed on the property.
