He was very responsive, walked me through the entire process, and answered most of my questions based on his expertise. His report was detailed and gave me a clear picture of the home's structural and safety condition. The next day, I had an excellent follow‑up meeting with Charlie, who provided a different perspective on the inspection results, gave some cost estimates, and explained what I should consider for the next steps. Overall, I was very happy with their service and would gladly recommend them.

Chicagoland Inspectors just completed the inspection for a downtown townhome that we are considering and we cannot say enough nice things about them! From scheduling through support after final report, they went above and beyond during the whole process!1) Their online scheduling tool is fantastic. I could easily find a time that worked for everyone involved. And then, when I had to change it, they were very accommodating.2) The inspectors themselves - Vince, Alex and Josh - were phenomenal! This was a large home so they sent 3 amazing professionals, each with their own speciality. Even for a few items which are not covered under a typical inspection scope, they gave us great advice on follow-up, specific inspections that they recommended. They were very thorough and knowledgeable.3) The report was amazingly detailed, with embedded videos and pictures galore. And when we had questions, they responded within an hour. Mike was incredibly thorough during our home inspection. As a first time home buyer he took the time to explain key concpets and made sure me and my fiancee understood what he was noting. Charlie's zoom consult was just as valuable in order to give us an idea of cost on some of the items found in the report, and have a second pair of eyes on the findings. Would recommend to friends and family.
