Prompt friendly service at a fair price. We had a spring break & Diego & Geraldo were able to respond within an hour! They had the correct springs on hand & showed me a couple of spring shaft carrier bearings that were bad. They replaced the bearings at no charge! They suggested new synthetic guide track rollers as the old metal ones were “clacking” pretty bad, but advised me that the old rollers were operationally sound & replacing them was entirely up to me. I opted to have them changed & what a difference! The door opens & closes smoothly & quietly now. I’m very happy with their work & how politely they treated us & our property. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We contacted this place because they were referred from our property management. Their service was great both times! First, our motor stopped working, two young guys came by and fixed the whole thing out. They were both very knowledgeable and explained everything they did thoroughly. They showed me how to work the app as well. 2 weeks later, our spring broke in two, and Luis came to help us this time. He was friendly, fast, and knowledgable. He has been with this company for 12 years. If you guys need garage repairs, they're the ones to call. Very professional work!

Great experience!! They showed up on time and knocked out 3 garage doors in no time. And the door totally change how our house looks. The tinted windows are a must have. Going from clear to tinted helps cut down on the garage glare and the insulated doors make the garage much nicer inside.

I called Luis after calling two other companies for an emergency service call. Those companies gave me outrageous rates to even show up on such short notice, Luis however did not only arrive very quickly, once onsite he quickly identified the problem which was an easy fix, and he didn't even charge me for the labor!
