Contacted JBR via their webpage on the night of 6/15. Jeff responded first thing 6/16. He setup his basic inspection and repair package for a great price! His team showed up on time, inspected the whole roof and gutter system, and made the repairs that were needed. Jeff sent over the pictures and report later on, I was extremely happy with the quick response and quality of work. This was quality customer service! Highly recommended!

JBR roofers provide me with excellent work. I needed someone to come out and install and fix my downspouts. They were able to come out the same day and provide me pictures after the work was completed. They are professional and courteous.

JBR did a great job with my shingle roof replacement in Aston, PA.Great communication from start to finish. Job was scheduled within two weeks and done in one day. Had a job supervisor there the whole time to answer any of my questions and made sure my property was taken care of during the job.Price was $10k lower than another price I got and I received a 50 year warranty from Owen’s Corning which the other company did not offer.

Called JBR in a panic because I found mold in a closet where the attic hatch is located. JBR came out same day and diagnosed the problem, which was related to a ventilation issue along with an improper roofing system on the peak of my roof. They replaced the shingles within a few days and were great to work with. Highly recommend!

JBR Exteriors was AMAZING from the estimate appointment to the day they finished our new TPO roof. Jeff was easy to speak with and explained the process step by step. He also updated us daily, and answered any questions we had quickly, making sure we were well informed and satisfied . We had major issues with our roof until the day Jeff and his team arrived and started working their magic. Within a few days they resolved all the issues and even enhanced the look of the house with new facia board and capping! It’s unbelievable , and this new roof is guaranteed for 10 years by JBR and another 10 by the manufacturer. The crew at JBR “Roofing Delco” is amazing as well, they were meticulous, taking care of every single detail and left my property cleaner than when they arrived. I’ve used JBR Exteriors for new gutters Jeff and his crew did a great job installed larger gutters and downspouts that really made a difference in preventing water to overflow from running off the roof on heavy rains. They if came back out to put a water guard in the valley of the roof to catch heavy rain. I also use them to clean my gutters every season also to install chimney caps. A P

We called about a leak we were having in our ceiling, we believed it was from our roof. JBR Exteriors Roofing Delco came out, confirmed the issues and even checked out the area around the leak. We also were wanting to have gutter guards installed all around the house. They took pictures and told us what we were dealing with and how they can fix it. They didn’t try to upsell us or sell us on anything we didn’t need. We had a proposal within 2 hours after their visit, and the work was started the next day and was finished in one day. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job of repairing our roof, fixing the window capping, and installing the gutter guards. These guys are top notch!
