I started at Hustle One Fitness in August of this year, and have loved every moment! I needed a community where I felt encouraged and supported through this new health journey, and the folks at Hustle One have been that and more. The classes are exactly what I needed where there is a mix of cardio as well as strength training. All the coaches are so supportive and helpful making sure you stay safe while also pushing you to do your best. Getting back into a fitness program after sustaining an injury was scary. I spoke to the folks at Hustle One Fitness and they came up with a plan to help me ease back into fitness without fear of injury. I was paired with a great trainer and now I look forward to going and working my program. So far I have achieved great results in a short amount of time.

I started going to Hustle One two months ago and I can say I am in the right place. All the trainers are very nice, they help me every step that I need help. Especially, I have a language barrier so I had a hard time understanding the work out plan for the day but they always make me comfortable by explaining everything step by step. One of the great thing about Hustle One is welcoming and taking care of members during the workout.
