Text their whatsapp for a quote and got told £60, i declined this price and they told me £50. I was told they would come to collect between 11-12, i heard nothing between this time so text their whatsapp and the drivers called me a couple minutes later to say they would be there between 6-7. Got a call at 5:30 and said they’d be there in 30, and another call at 6 to say they’d be here in 35. When the guys got to the door he said it would be £70! i said no, and that is already agreed on a price to which he didn’t seem happy. £70 for a job that took less than a minute btw, because it was one item and i’d brought it downstairs, they literally just had to chuck it in the van.

Absolutely brilliant service from Wastemove Ltd. Harshit and Manpreet were both fantastic—punctual, professional, and worked extremely hard from start to finish. General service was good, 2 guys worked quick and friendly but a tad noisy (5pm arrival turned to 8:15pm) in a quiet residential street, to the point that a neighbor came out when they were gone and wasn't happy, considering they were 3 hours late and charged double what I was estimated via WhatsApp after supplying pictures and info of everything I needed removing.Not happy with having to pay double, don't expect to pay what you're quoted before they arrive.
