I met Colleen through her Monday night Rucking group. It was such a fun and uplifting group of women, that I asked her if she knew of any personal trainers that helped with some of the issues I was having. That’s when she told me she could help! Between the yoga balls that she showed me to help with my cramps in my feet and how she helped me use my own foam roller to stretch out hips and lower back. Top notch training and all the resources to help lead a more natural life! I am so lucky that Colleen has come into my life to help me be the best version of myself.
