Nicole McNair did an awesome job and went above and beyond her means to do her job. She is very smart and knows all the ins and outs of her profession. If I ever need any insurance coverage in the future, I will definitely be calling on her before anyone else. Sorry I couldn't move over for coverage, but I found a better price somewhere else. My decision was solely based on MONEY and had no reason what's so ever on her performance. I hope Allstate knows who they have in her as an employee and appreciate people like her!! She deserves a raise and should get it or one day you might just lose her to someone else willing to pay her what she's worth.

I have had horrible experience with Allstate involving a claim. Their employees have no clue as to what each one tells the customer they just want them to get them off of the phone. I have had numerous bad conversations with Allstate employees within the past couple of weeks. It was until I spoke with John Jasberg who finally shown professionalism and has tried to help with this situation. He is a real asset to Allstate.
