Really great gym with great people. It doesnt matter your shape or size, this gym accepts all, with instructors tht are there for you every step of the way! I dnt always show up like i should but when i do, i always kno its gonna be a killer workout leavin my body sore.... which is exactly what i want/like!

I love it! This is the best box in Washington. The programming is excellent and reminds me of the gym I attended when I lived in Louisiana. I particularly appreciate the solid strength training prior to the Workout of the Day and the high-quality instruction on Olympic lifting, which is my favorite.The coaches are very knowledgeable, and the community is great. Everyone is supportive and encourages you to be the best version of yourself. It has been wonderful getting back into training here.If you're unsure- come, try it out. Its challenging but rewarding.10/10—I am so glad I joined.

Just great! The coaches...the people..everyone wants you to succeed!.. I wasn't sure this would work for me.....turns out this program can work for anyone willing to show up!! Very clean environment! I highly recommend Wrought Iron Gym!!

Amazing gym, management and workout! We were in town for a funeral from Atlanta, I found Wrought Iron online and my mom, dad and I all went for a workout! We were welcomed with open arms, felt comfortable, and Matt was an excellent instructor! Clean great gym with amazing people!

Wrought Iron Gym is a great gym owned by some incredible people. The community is very welcoming and there are always options to scale down a workout if needed. I had never tried CrossFit before joining a couple years ago but they made the introduction very accessible. After taking a break last year due to some schedule shifts, I recently restarted my membership, and it’s been so good to be back. I highly recommend!
