My daughter had them do some vinyl flooring that looks like wood and it has gaps all over. She's concerned about leaving a bad review would have ramifications, so I'm doing it for her. It was expensive and the install leaves a lot to be desired. I don't recommend this outfit.

We looked at a few companies before we talked to Steve at Clear Choice. He went above and beyond on his first visit compared to the other companies. Most companies will send someone out to measure and then you have to go to the showroom to pick out a product. Steve had everything for us and even gave us a price before he left. We felt comfortable enough that instead of doing the one room we wanted, we did most of our first floor. Louis and his team did an amazing job with the install. They went above and beyond and even walked our floors looking for noisy spots that they could fix. I cannot say enough good things about Clear Choice and our experience with them. Will definitely use them for our next flooring project.

Very easy to deal with from choosing the right carpet to scheduling the installation. The installers were great, on time and very fast. Was very pleased with the outcome.

Checked out many places until I saw Clear Choice owners on New Day Cleveland and for some reason I felt these were the right people. I called them and Steve came to my house within a few hours. They promised to have it done before Christmas and it was. The istallers did an excellent job. The whole experience was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Clear Choice Flooring was definitely the right choice for us. The owner Steve was so patient and came out multiple times, as we went through the many color choices and high-quality products before settling on the one that was right for us. With his professional and hard-working crew, Clear Choice was able to get my flooring in before the holidays. The difference is stunning and worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to make a flooring upgrade or change.

Excellent job by Steve showing and explaining different options. Steve is very easy to work with and has a great personality which makes the whole process easier. He communicates and keeps his time lines from start to finish.We had the entire first floor done. Louis and his crew did a great job. They moved all the furniture as needed ,removed the old carpet and vinyl and installed the new laminate flooring. Job well done.

Clear Choice, the owner Steve, and the installer Kevin couldn't have been better. My fiancee and I had them match the existing engineered wood floors in our recently purchased house from the hallways into our upstairs bedrooms and you would never know that they weren't there from the start - a perfect match! Not only was the price very fair and the quality of the work EXTREMELY high-end, the pleasantness, ease, and hassle-free nature of all of our interactions left us feeling very satisfied. They also include an excellent warranty for their install work on top of the warranty for the flooring your choose. I'm SO glad that we skipped the big box chains and went with local craftspeople!!!

We had taken the time to do research on a number of flooring companies in the greater Cleveland area, and we landed with Clear Choice Flooring. The owner Steve was with us every step of the way. He came to our door, described his process, provided superior products for a much lower price than we had received quotes for. We did over 2000 square foot of Luxury plank vinyl and carpet, and Steve's staff knocked all of this out in a little over 4 days. He was beyond professional, and still continues to check in to ensure we do not have any issues. Louis and his install team were great with our pets and kids, and really worked around our lives to install a great product. We couldn't be more happy with the finished product, and we owe this all to Steve and his team at Clear Choice Flooring. He is already doing other members of our neighborhood as well!
