I've been seeing Demetris at Aspire Health Clinic for years and can't recommend him enough. He's amazing, reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in his patients' progress. I first started seeing him for adjustments and now for a post injury knee after a hiking accident — the difference his treatment has made is honestly remarkable, and I can really see and feel the progress session after session. He's been our mobile service all this time and now has his own clinic that I'll be starting to go to - both fantastic options, especially in the early days when you're not very mobile. Great can do attitude and really knows his stuff. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and actually cares, Demetris is your guy.

I went to see Dr. D not just for my back, but really to help with my anxiety and mental health.I ’m so glad I did. He really tailors each session to what you need.After my first visit, I felt this instant calm and clarity—I honestly hadn’t realized how much anxiety was clouding my vision literally... I could see better. The second session was a little different, and he worked on the part of my back tied to the fight-or-flight response. I was a little nervous, but my calmness stuck around all week, and I could still think clearly.A few days later, I got triggered. Normally, that would have been a full-blown anxiety attack, but instead I just had a quick emotional release, then moved on and kept going with my day.Honestly, I loved how he made a plan just for me and my goals. mainly finding peace and calm and it really worked.
