I was experiencing a lot of knee pain during my races. John gave me very easy exercises to do and the problem has been gone ever since. I’ve ridden almost 3000 miles this year with no pain.

John is fantastic! He's easygoing, caring and was always very flexible about scheduling. And he really knows his stuff. I was having severe back pain that even pain killers didn't touch. But he prescribed some stretches that provided immediate relief! Also, when you have someone into the sanctity of your home to provide health care, you are extremely vulnerable. Obviously, you want someone you can trust and with whom you can feel safe. John is someone you can trust with your home and well-being!
