Nathaniel finally resolved a leaky faucet that others had unsuccessfully worked on for years—without tearing into brick or replacing the entire fixture, saving me money. He also removed and capped a BBQ grill line that I had put off because of a previous high estimate; Nathaniel's price was far more reasonable. I appreciated his honesty, expertise, and fair pricing. Had a great experience! Contacted Peradventure on Monday morning with a non-emergency (sinks draining slowly). Nathaniel called back right away, gave me a quote over the phone (super reasonable price), and scheduled for a tech (his brother) to visit the next morning. Beaumont texted before arrival and arrived exactly at the time scheduled, he was friendly and professional and immediately got to work (and never complained about having to lug all his equipment up 2 flights of stairs - sorry). Fixed everything in a little over an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely use them for any other issues in the future. Appreciate it, Nathaniel and Beaumont!
