I was impressed with Cole Fowler and his assistant. They were there earlier than the set time but called to ask if I was ready first. They came in, brought their equipment and got right to work. Did an efficient, thorough job and were ready to leave in approx. 30 minutes. The carpet looks better than it ever has.
