The quality of the work has consistently been excellent (we have used this service twice.) They have cleaned carpet as well as an old, wool area rug for us, with great results. Especially the rug, which came out better than I thought it would. They’re also super nice guys. Who are happy to answer any questions that we had. Highly recommended

Our carpets always look great & Dirk & Cole do a professional job. We have had Actually Clean clean our carpets for years. Dirk went above and beyond & suggested that our recliner needed cleaning & cleaned it at no charge.

I have two cloth couches and I wanted to bring them back to life. They did a great job. I had tried to scrub them with at home carpet cleaners and it just didn't work. They were very communicative about their status of arrival, what they were doing and guaranteed their work.

Definitely, exceptional work. This is the second year, Actually Clean has worked in our home. Last year, they cleaned 2 large area rugs, 2 sofas ,2 wingback chairs, all bedroom carpets and my stairway carpet. I was so impressed with how clean and how much effort was put into the job that I called them back this year. When the job was completed, I was astonished at how bright my area rug pattern wear looked again! And how perfect everything else came out. I will definitely be having them back next year!I'll take before and after pics next time!
