I chose Roger initially because I needed to sell my mum’s house quickly via Power of Attorney, which isn’t straightforward, and I also needed an agent who would handle all viewings for me as I am severely disabled. Because of this, I wanted to deal with the same person throughout the sale, and none of the high-street agents would agree to this. Roger spent a lot of time learning about mine and my mum’s situation and came up with a plan to make the sale process as stress-free as possible. Of all the agents that I spoke to, Roger was the only one who was realistic about the value of the property; other agents had given me ridiculously high prices without even viewing the house, just to try and get me on board.
