OUTSTANDING COMPANY! WORTH EVERY PENNY! I cannot say enough about how AMAZING this company is!!! They have been a GODSEND for my family. MAYO's tubs has truly been a lifesaver for my family. My husband is disabled & has a long list of serious health issues. Last year, he underwent an 8hr spine surgery & is still recovering because of complications. He has a spinal cord stimulator in his back, has had surgery on both knees & has no cartilage left, so it is literally bone rubbing against bone. He lives with degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, autoimmune issues, seizures & several other conditions.The tub has helped him physically, but what it has done for him mentally means even more for us. He & Ive been terrified of falling, he hit his head during seizures before & now we are always on guard. Bathing used to bring so much anxiety because one wrong movement could have devastating consequences. We also have a 5yr old son who witnessed 2 of his seizures and has CPTSD over it. The walk in tub has helped him & his anxiety! Like I said our entire family cannot thank this company enough!Its given my husband more comfort, dignity & the independence he has been craving while giving all of us such a deeply tremendous peace of mind. While we continue fighting disability benefits for my husband and navigating everything that comes with his health, having one less thing to fear means more than I can put into words.Our experience with MAYO's team has been absolutely FABULOUS! Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable & they genuinely care about their clients! They took the time to answer any/all questions w/o making it feel rushed or complicated. The walk-in makes such a huge difference when it comes to the safety, comfort & maintaining independence...of you or you & your loved ones! I cannot express enough just how seriously they take their customers’ individual needs. I would absolutely recommend MAYO Walk-In Tubs to ANYONE & EVERYONE! Especially for those looking for a safer & more comfortable bathing option.
