I am so thankful that I found Majestic Waterscapes & Pools. They came highly recommended to us and I can see why! Maggie and her team went out of their way to meet with us on extremely short notice, arrived early, and walked us through our project and expectations, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Their pricing was honest and extremely reasonable, my favorite thing about them was that they didn’t cut corners. You’re paying for quality, without being overcharged. She gave us a clear understanding of the timeline and details of our project. On construction day, the crew showed up early and worked hard to get the job done on schedule. Maggie checked in with us and her team along the way, and kept us updated on all the details. They did an amazing job!! We loved working with them so much that we hired Majestic to handle our weekly pool maintenance as well. We will be using them for all our future projects, and can’t recommend them enough!!

I called, but he didn’t answer and only responded by text. We had agreed on a date, and I planned to pay for the month upfront when he arrived, before the cleaning started. Then he asked me to send the payment online the night before so he would “come out.” That screams scam, so please be careful.

We hired Majestic to replaster our pool and clean up the water line tile. The pool looks great, even better than I expected! I appreciate their patience in helping us pick a color and tile. I was amazed at how fast the work was completed.

Hurricane Beryl hit our pool hard. It was really dirty. Majestic responded quickly to provide a quote and actually were available the next day to drain and acid wash it and insure the water was set up correctly. They were very efficient and provided a good value. I would recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with MJ Majestic. Unlike many of the other companies out there, they were reasonably priced and dependable. Communication was prompt and constant and the results were excellent. They did a complete renovation of plaster, tile, stone, lights, pump and concrete decking, and all exceeded our expectations. If you need your pool upgraded or repaired they can do it all.

MJ Majestic did a great job putting new life into our aged (1984) pool. Maggie helped from the beginning set up the project for success and excellence. She was invaluable in helping us find the right materials for the coping, tiles and plaster. The different parts were done with great respect to our needs, and the project was finished well in time and budget despite some bad weather spells. The crews cleaned up the work area after each job and after 4 weeks total we have a fabulous looking new pool: pebbles plaster, cobalt blue tiles and travertine coping. The pool light set new accents for the night and we look forward to start swimming season early April.We give MJ Majestic a five star rating .

Trust is huge, especially in the pool industry. I had a previous poor experience with a different local pool contractor, so I was cautious as I entered into the relationship with MJ Majestic. MJ Majestic was represented to me by Ms. Maggie Castle, who began immediately to establish a positive foundation for trust. She is an excellent communicator who kept me fully informed about what the company planned to do and when deviations were required. Ms. Castle and her crew found the construction defect of the previous pool contractor and put together a plan to remediate the problem.After the final invoice was paid, Ms. Castle continued to follow through to ensure we were pleased with the final product. That included additional trouble-shooting of a pre-existing plumbing problem also caused by the previous pool contractor.Ms. Castle established a basis for trust and never let up to ensure we received what we were promised and that we were happy with the work that MJ Majestic performed.With Majestic continuing to deliver the level of trust and service we received, Majestic will become an industry leader in the Houston area--one pool at a time.Thank you MJ Majestic. Could not be happier with Majestic! Thanks to the MJ Majestic Team, our pool was started and finished on time, and stays clean from their weekly service. Majestic always walked us through what was next and were very patient with us throughout the designing process, which we really appreciated before we made the big decision. Not only did the installation go smoothly, but afterwards they helped us go through maintenance and upkeep. The team still calls in regularly to check in with us and our home and that's just great service we will always cherish.

Majestic installed our pool Summer 2022. For those in Houston & surrounding areas: If anyone is wanting to build a pool or needing pool services, I highly recommend Majestic Waterscapes & Pools. Jeremy and his team were awesome to deal with! Great communication and very attentive. They walked us through the entire process and were patient in the design process which was really important to me. When you’re making a big purchase like this that is a permanent fixture, anxiety and indecisiveness can heighten. Maggie is an amazing designer and project manager! She helped us thru all the design decisions, the installation process and the maintenance afterward. We are extremely pleased with our pool and the service from this company. We also compared prices to other companies and while they were competitive, Majestic offered more. Our pool was up in 4 weeks due to no rain delays and precise coordination of of each phase! Call Majestic! You won’t be disappointed.
