I used the online booking process, it vwas quick and easy, the office administartor followed up with a phone call soon after, where a booking time was organised. Both jobs were done by Pete, he was professional, efficient and tidy. I will be using RedAmp again.

They came out after hours to safely remove a fallen power line during a massive storm that affected the entire area. Throughout the experience, they were incredibly supportive and helpful, especially when other companies were unable to provide the assistance we needed. Great experience from start to finish. We’re returning customers for electrical work and once again the Red Amp team were professional, on time, and easy to deal with. Tristan was super knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions, which made the whole process really straightforward. The install was neat and everything was explained clearly. Just before Xmas our aircon died and left us struggling in the middle of a heat wave, Red Amp promptly organised a new Actron advanced ducted system to be installed as we were due to have a house full of people. The professionalism and attention to detail on the installation was exceptional. We went with multiple zones with sensors and a neo smart controller. We were given thorough instructions on how to use it and love especially how we can fully control it from our phone anywhere, and the ability to cool only certain areas as required. Shout out to Riley, Ollie, Tristan and the team for working in 46 degree heat and smashing out the install with a smile. Loved that they cleaned up after themselves too. Highly recommend this company for any aircon or electrical work.
