Thanks to Chris's involvement I was able to get an old tired roof replaced which my insurance company paid for. Without his involvement I am sure the insurance company would have made me replace the roof at my expense.I had gotten a notice that the insurance company that they wanted to come check the property out. They had done this previously at a different property and the result was them telling me I had to replace the roof and to do so at my expense. I did not want this to happen again.In talking to Chris he said he might be able to get a different outcome, and he would check out the roof for storm damage.The property is two hours away from the triangle area, but he made the trip to check if he thought there was damage that could justify an insurance claim. He then did this four hour round trip again to be there when the adjuster was inspecting the roof.As a result of Chris's involvement the outcome was that the insurance company paid for the whole roof replacement as he was able to show enough storm damage to justify their covering the cost. This was a great relief, and now we have a much needed new roof.Lastly I should state that he is very easy to work with. He is calm and competent.

Christopher Mcintyre knocked on my door about eight months ago and he informed me that he could get my insurance company to buy a new roof which I had never heard of at the time. I made a decision to let him do it and he did not disappoint. He worked with State Farm on the inspection. Negotiated with them and got it approved! His crew was extremely professional and built my roof in one day!! They also cleaned up all day long and I didn't find any nails yet!! Now Chris and Triple R rebuilt my deck with weather treated wood and are coming back in the spring to paint it! Highly recommend Triple R Exteriors but especially Christopher.
