Ive been seeing Ella for back pain, the first time I "walked" in I was in so much pain and basically cried as I came through the door! The ladies on reception were absolutely lovely and really made me feel so welcome and not at all like the crazy person I felt like I was!! Ella has been absolutely wonderful. Explaining everything in an easy to understand way at every appointment. She has a lovely caring way about her and has made me feel much more relaxed and hopeful even after tough days! So welcoming, I am currently seeing Rachel and she has been amazing. She talks me through all the steps and everything she does and why. Very easy going and kind. Brilliant care plan set and feeling better with each session. I recommend going and seeing if it is for you as my body is starting to feel how it's supposed and I am progressing in my sports because of it.

Sophie and the team are absolutely fantastic! it all started with a Groupon and a wellness check for pain and muscle tightness, and I feel like a new person after a structured, personalised programme. I would highly recommend WWC and honestly feel like I have quality of life I almost resigned myself to going without.

From the first point of contact I have found Sophie to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. During my initial appointment she talked me through all the stages of treatment and explained what was actually wrong with me, in terms and language I could understand! Having never had chiropractic treatment before I didn’t really know what to expect but Sophie explains what she’s doing every step of the way! Chris has a unbelievable ability to really connect into those places that I have been unable to shift or get any resolution on for a long time. After a treatment I have come away feeling lighter and actually have never felt such relief from the tension that had been limiting me for such a long time. Sophie is the friendliest person, she makes you feel calm and is so easy to talk to and actually listens to what the problem is. She has fixed pain that even the highest 'professionals' in the UK couldn't fix, I think that says it all! ❤️ And all the other staff are amazing too, as soon as I pull up Lucy already has a hot chocolate being made for me, Russ is always there to lend a helping hand. And Mike and Sue are always about to have a chat too and they always give you the most warmest of welcomes. It's become a place I could easily go to even if I didn't have an appointment as everyone is just so lovely and the atmosphere is calming. Sophie has become more than just my chiropractor she has become a friend too. 😊

I’m not really sure how to write about such a wonderful experience. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They will do their best to accommodate your situation. I even bought my daughter along, nothing was ever too much. The chiropractic care was outstanding and I understood what was being done and why. Sophie takes her time to explain what is required which certainly made the whole experience less daunting. Fabulous place to be treated 🙌🙌

I first saw Sophie over a year ago, with years worth of pain and joint problems. Sophie immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She gave me an initial examination and explained to me what chiropractic work and plan she felt would benefit me, according to my work and lifestyle. Since first seeing Sophie, my back pain has eased immensely and I can live much more comfortably with less discomfort. I have grown close to Sophie and she has been very understanding and supportive of certain aspects of my life. Sophie is a fantastic chiropractor and I cannot recommend her enough. My husband and I went to visit Wimborne Wellness Centre on their open day, we brought our 2 week old baby with us. never have we felt so welcomed, there was something very special as soon as you walked in a very family and homely feel! Me and my husband have had bad experiences with chiropractors in the past so we were quite hesitant. But we thought seen as the clinic was just stunning and Sophie seemed so lovely we would give it a go! Well thank goodness we did! Not only is Sophie so lovely she is amazing at her job! My husband has already had a couple of his sessions and me and my 4 week old son have just signed up for ours! She is so amazing with children and really knows her stuff! I would reccomend to everyone! Thankyou Sophie and everyone else at the Wimborne Wellness Centre for making It such a lovely experience!

Can’t recommend Sophie enough! After years as a car mechanic & various motorcycle accidents I thought my back and neck pain and poor mobility would be with me for life, but I saw improvements within weeks and will continue treatment every month to stay in alignment. 5 stars.

I first met Sophie at inspired health chiropractor - it my first time going to a chiropractor so was slightly apprehensive to how it all works. I was suffering with lower back pain and knee aggravation when I run. But Sophie was amazing, she listened, was really lovely, professional, explained everything throughout the journey as sometimes these things aren’t a quick fix. Sadly she’s now left the practice in Chelmsford/ Essex to set up her own practice, and I give her all my best as she was brilliant!

Sophie has helped me massively with my back and neck pain. I was struggling with pain when horse riding, but after a few sessions I was already feeling improvements and in a lot less pain! I have used several chiropractors in the past but Sophie is by far the best! Would highly recommend to anyone 🌟
