Posting my first ever one star review in the hopes that it prevents a family from being taken advantage of in the future.They provided a very predatory offer (48% of the home’s recently appraised value), then used high pressure sales tactics to try and get the offer accepted.If you get a call from “Good Guy” Cash Homebuyers, please take time to do some research. They don’t have your best interest in mind.

Unsolicited offers to buy my home with a cash offer, when I'm not selling, and have said so numerous times is bad enough, but selling to an out-of-town investor, even if they do try to appear 'local' with a MN address over 100 miles away smells of scam/investor/flip schemes. My number is on the national do not call registry. Scrub your solicitation lists you nimrods.
