Tanna has the gift of massage therapy. She can feel the tissue, how deep to engage, and patiently works to release. Being a former deep tissue massage therapist, it is almost impossible to find an excellent deep tissue therapist in this city. I am so blessed to have found Tanna! First time at Mind Body Spirit Massage and I highly recommend them. I had a great experience! I wasn't sure what to expect, as I have never had professional massage therapy before. Booked an appt for help after a marathon and it was a great choice. First of all, rooms are very inviting (it smells AMAZING in there), and the staff are all incredibly nice and welcoming. Really helped with my legs and hips and they are great at listening to you regarding what are problem areas for you. I will continue to use their services after all my competitive long runs. We just moved to the area and prior to the move, I was seeing the same sports massage therapist for a bit over 10 years. I'm very particular in the bodywork that I get and so I knew I had to try a handful before finding "the one". I am SO HAPPY to have found Mind Body Spirit because I'm able to receive the therapeutic bodywork that I need! My first appointment was with Tanna, and I had requested lower body / glute work due to what seems like forever tightness. In less than 90 minutes, she was able to target the trouble spot and provide relief. That was January - it's now March and that area is still feeling much better than it had in months; thank you, Tanna! My most recent visit was with Ellie, and she's just as amazing! This time, I needed upper body / neck & shoulder relief and that's exactly what she provided. She also worked through my lower body in spots I didn't realize I needed help in, so I was feeling great by the end of my 90 minute massage. Love, love, love the results so far - and though therapeutic, it is a very much relaxing environment for me as well! Thank you Mind Body Spirit!

This was my first experience doing anything to my body cosmetically. I didn't want anything invasion so I choice the Cryolipolysis. Felicia was amazing and the result were way better then my expectations. I will be going again and I highly recommend their clean beautiful atmosphere 😍.

I would highly recommend Massage. I did Cryotherapy with Felicia. She explained everything and told me what to expect. I had 5 treatments and am loving the results. Have to trust the process it really works!! I have been been fortunate to get massages from Ellie, Tanna and Claudette. I have been working with them for several weeks now and the stiffness & the pain in my back and neck are finally getting back to normal! Thanks Ladies. I really appreciate it!

Ellie listened really carefully to my concerns and greatly help to radiate my pain without too much pressure. Excited to start my journey with her and see if we can resolve some of my issues. The massage was relaxing, but also addressed the areas that were causing any trouble and she had some additional great suggestions too.
