Matt Mangone is truly an exceptional fitness trainer! His group classes are not only smartly designed to target all the major muscle groups, but also incredibly creative and engaging. Every session feels fresh and well thought out, making it both challenging and enjoyable. My Oura Ring shows at times I can get into Zone 3 for sure but even Zone 4 of Target Heart Rate Zone!!! #WeWork!One of the things I value most is the strong sense of community Matt has fostered among the participants. The classes feel social, encouraging and motivating—something I look forward to each week. Matt’s energy, humor, and fun personality make every class fly by. He’s got THE BEST mixed music playlists and has even been known to break into song (no extra charge for the free concert!) which adds to the relaxed and super fun atmosphere. Beyond the fun, the results speak for themselves. By attending twice a week, I’ve noticed measurable changes including: increased lean muscle mass, a decrease in total body fat percentage, and most exciting of all—a significant reduction in visceral fat.Matt is a skilled, gifted trainer who makes fitness both effective and fun. I couldn’t recommend him more highly and plan to do some individual training with him as well. Thank you, Matt, for creating such a positive, results-driven, and truly enjoyable experience!
