We are UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY with Midwest Custom Painting and Service. After touring the Newmar factory we got back down the road . We discovered a problem with our slide out. Back to Newmar we went, after 2 days waiting to see if their service center could get us in-they couldn’t. Newmar gave us Midwest’s phone number and they fit us in. They did a fantastic job with a fair labor charge! We are back on the road again.

I was having some of the Diamond Shield on the front of my RV replaced and during the process a small section of the front cap had to be repainted. Midwest Custom Painting was recommended by the Diamond Shield installer. Javier and Tony were incredibly accommodating and were able to do the work the next business day. They went out of their way to both order the paint, and then personnaly picked it up from the supplier to save time. I was able to park my RV in their lot and was provided electrical hookup for the overnight stay. The repair and repaint was professionally done and looks fantastic. They also allowed the Diamond Shield tech to come to their shop to install the last few pieces, saving me from having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend these folks for any of your RV or vehicle painting needs.

Found this company online. Great customer service Tony was great for keeping in touch and updates. There was a few delays Not by Midwest just back order in general. Solutions were found and taken care of Great service and work provided definitely will be using this company in any further work needed

I just needed some adhesive for a loose holding tank heating pad. I was traveling through Indiana and Google took me to these guys. They're not a parts store but the owner gave me a half used can of the adhesive I needed. Explained exactly how to use it (my RV was in a campground miles away), and wouldn't take any kind of payment for the can. Told me not to worry about bringing the unused portion back. Really friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I don't live there to use them more often.

We had a pretty bad smell coming from the upper cabinet in the bedroom of our Newmar Dutch Star motor home. I called Newmar to get an appointment and they were six months out. My concern was the potential for black mold. The custom service rep at Newmar referred us to Tony as he used to work for Newmar. I called Tony and explained our concern and he said bring it right in. We did the very next day and he was able to identify and fix the issue all within a week.Tony was amazing to work with and fixed several other issue we weren’t even aware of. I highly recommend him!
