We had a leak that got out of hand quickly, I reached out to him on super short notice, and he managed to squeeze me in right away.What I really appreciated was just how careful he was. He had really steady, careful hands, took the tap apart gently to protect the sink and counters, and he actually took the time to fix the real problem instead of just doing a quick patch job.The tap is now the shiniest asset in the kitchen, and I cannot recommend Carlo enough.
