I received noticed that my insurance was considering not renewing my policy due to some moss on the roof. I’ve never been in this situation before and didn’t know this was even a thing. I found First Class Roof Cleaners and noticed they specialized in this particular area. I submitted an inquiry and received a very detailed video quote within minutes. Scott was upfront and addressed my concerns. He came and knocked out the job quicker than anticipated and later that day had a full report that I was able to submit to my insurance. A few days later I received the renewal. Although, I was not anticipating having to do this I’m very glad Scott was there to guide me through it. The cost ended up being well worth it compared to having to start fresh with a new insurer.

I paid a combined price for full Roof cleaning, solar cleaning and window cleaning. They did a great job but the windows still dirty afterwards. The owner was kind enough to have his guy return to clean again but my backyard reno needed to proceed without other workers being on site so the owner promised a free future window cleaning which was very nice of him. Scott was excellent to work with from the beginning. He was very prompt in responding and provided a video quote initially, which I thought was both unique and very helpful. The entire process was straightforward and professional. When the technician came out to complete the work, he was extremely professional and spent several hours making sure everything was done correctly and thoroughly. The roof came out great, and I also decided to have them wash the exterior of the house, which was definitely worth it and made a huge difference overall. Most importantly, after the work was completed, my insurance company reinstated my coverage. I really appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality of work from the entire team. We are painting our home and the painter recommended getting the roof pressure washed. Contacted Scott and we talked on the phone and he gave me an estimate over the phone after reviewing the roof line. Scott followed up with a cool video of our roof line and the pressure washing process. He was fully licensed, bonded. His technician completed the work in 4 hours of apex 2800 sqft roof and performed clean-up on our home and in the adjacent neighbors yard. Our roof looks great- algae, soot, dirt gone. We requested from Scott to have our concrete tile roof to be cleaned and windows and to power wash our rear patio area and driveway. Scott promptly issued a video bid of the services requested. Definitely reasonable with the services requested, Scott promised all would be cleaned up post the roof cleaning and it was all perfect!! I deal with many contractors and service people and Scott is way up there. Completely trust worthy!! Will recommend him to anyone who needs roof cleaning. And I do not do that with all the people I use. He's just one of those contractors you go, yes Scott was the right one to go with for sure!! Will always only use Scott.
