This company was wonderful to work with. They were here when they said that they would be and did a fantastic job! Our insurance company had cancelled us because of Moss/Mildew/Algae/Mold Growth on our roof. When First Class Roofing got done - No More! They also cleaned our solar Panels.

Got a cancellation notice from my homeowners insurance - the aerial inspection indicated mold/algae on the main roof ( according to them)Scott assured me that First Class Roof Cleaning had a lot of experience and a great success rate in dealing with insurance companiesRob the technician arrived next day and did a great job cleaning the roof. It looked like new when he was done, and he also cleaned the solar panels for free! Submitted the pictures to the insurance company and they rescinded their cancellation decision!Can't be happierGreat job!

Very pleased with the pressure washing done by this company! They arrived bright and early and did a thorough job. We specifically needed to have our front window ledge cleaned and they actually went over it twice to ensure that it was clean. Our roof is practically gleaming and definitely shows a night and day difference from how it looked before. They also provided photos and videos that are useful in case of HOA or insurance inquiries.
