I have a 3 bedroom home in Oxnard that is currently rented. The insurance company send me a letter stating I had plant growth on the roof and that the damage should be taken care of. From the ground the roof look fine. I climbed up to the roof and found some yellowish, orange stains. I took a video of the stains. I called First Class Roof Cleaning and talked to Scott. I emailed the video to him and right away he knew what the stains were and what needed to be done. I scheduled an appointment and within 3 days Joey and his crew were up on the roof taking care of the problem. Joey also took some before and after photos for the insurance company. Not only were the stains gone, but the roof was so clean. It looked like a new roof. I highly recommend First Class Roof Cleaning for your roofing needs. They are professional and very efficient. In the future, Scott will be the first person I call for any type of roof repair.
