I got a letter from my insurance company. It said will discontinue insurance based on the roof 's condition. I called insurance agent, she told me to have roof cleaned and submit before and after pictures for review. She also gave me a price range based on her other clients experiences. I choose First class Roof Cleaning based on prompt response with quote, the price is reasonable, ( I got an instant quote from another company by entering address which is much higher) , very responsive with questions , the whole process is smooth, and provide documents to submit for insurance, they even said guarantee the work. After submitting information to insurance , I got policy renewed in 3 days. Ver happy with the results. And thank you to First Class Roof Cleaning. Less
