When I spoke to Jack over the phone, he was extremely detailed in answering my initial questions and I had a ton of them! Jack showed up to my house on time and began to assess the situation to see if there was any potential mold. He was very detailed and thorough in his assessment and he gave me some reassurance and peace of mind that my situation was not bad or extreme.
