I could tell he definitely looked out for his clients well being! Andrey was more than willing to set up appointments at his office so I can come in and ask him question face to face. One time I sat in his office for close to an hour just understanding the process and asking questions about loans, points and how they work. Along with that, he was extemely responsive to calls, texts and emails. Usually responding within 5 minutes! I have a job where I am constantly traveling and not home. When I was home I had to schedule meeting very last minute, Andrey was flexible in response and was always accommodating! He was able to get me a great interest rate (3.125% in October 2019) and when shopping around for rates, no one else was able to compare! Along with that all paperwork on his end was done and completed in less than 2 weeks. I admit I didn't do much in the process and between him and my realtor they did all the work. Andrey initially won my business over when he provided me the best rates possible right from the gate.
