Dan and Giuliani Builders did a beautiful job on our complete kitchen reno. It wasn’t the easiest as we live on the coast of NJ and we were dealing with settlement issues with uneven wall to ceiling heights. Dan did a fantastic job of making sure everything was perfect. Our architect recommended three builders for our project. Dan was the only one who responded to my call. He came out and we went over the plans. I’m pretty hands on with not only the design but also how things were constructed. Dan welcomed my inputs and encouraged our interaction through out the build.One of my pet peeves are contractors that do not keep you informed about what was going to be done and when, as well as what sub contractors would be on site and when. Dan and I conversed almost daily as the project progressed always keeping me informed.I have already recommended his services to others and will continue to do so.

I put a second floor onto my ranch style home and it looks amazing! I got a few estimates and chose Dan because he was down to earth and not trying to sell me something he couldn't deliver. We had normal construction issues which he handled quickly and professionally. He was communicative throughout the process, confident, and not afraid to offer any suggestions or opinions. I'm willing to bet we weren't the easiest clients but he answered all our questions and never let us feel like we were bothering/frustrating him. I would 100% recommend him!

Dan was great to work with and did a fantastic job on our addition. He knew the process but was flexible to make changes as we went. Dan built a large detached 2 car garage with living space above. 1 year later he returned and built a well needed 1st and 2nd floor addition for my family.Large kitchen with dining area.
