I just have to say Marty is a true blessing for helping us get into what we need! Shes amazing to work with and makes the process simple and stress free!! Thank you Marty 😊 God bless 🙌I'm posting a update after the house was place everything started to go south the people that leveled and set the house and put it together someone or all of them didn't do it properly when we had decks made they let us know that the front of our house isn't leveled properly also walking through the house everything single thing creeks when the leveling people came they said it was fine it was the people that didn't put it together properly. But even that being said they had us sign the paper that everything was done already when it really wasn't but kept saying that's what we agreed to so they can start the monthly payments right away. With that being said we had to pay our first payment on the house before everything was leveled and put together properly so when that payment came around we weren't inside the house yet. For our first time buying we figured they would give us a bit more info on how the process is supposed to go but that's not the case. They just work it the way it's easier for them. Before this posting everything was way smoother but after things got rough. We got a repo home only very limited pictures so we didn't actually see it fully only a couple of pictures not even of every room. A piece of the wall in the living room was broken very noticable they sent someone over to fix it and it wasn't fixed just covered but still very noticable. The house came with a bunch of junk inside we weren't planned for nobody told us that we would have to worry about extra stuff inside the house. The ac took a couple of times to come out and get it right because the one that came with the house was no good and very old. After all this we don't plan to stay in this house hoping to find something else after a couple of years. Danny helped us find the land and we love the neighborhood but the house it's self. With the whole process of the house I'm disappointed just make sure u know what ur doing because they won't let u know anything if u don't know already. The people that came to level the house left trash everywhere and were really rude when we asked questions. If I knew what I do know I wouldn't have came here for our family house. Oh and another thing the paper that they have u sign that say what's included but when u ask about it they will tell u it's not included because the adjustments that were made to help us into the house. But shouldn't be in the paperwork if it wasn't included keep ur eyes peeled too many red flags and us being excited we thought it was a normal process. I'm tired of going in circles with them I just stopped reaching out. If I knew it was going to be like this I wouldn't have spent years working with them for it to be like this

We just purchased our first home with the Texas New Mobile Home, the process was smooth and efficient with the help of Victoria. She was with us every step of the way and made sure we're in the loop the entire process and was available to answer any questions we had. We were looking for a home for over a year and after we got denied by another Mobile Home dealer we found a house big enough for our family that brought us to them. Dan was also able to answer any questions we had also.

We were in the process of purchasing a mobile home, but unfortunately had to cancel due to unexpected water input issues and the high cost of installing a well.Even though we had to back out, the company was incredibly understanding. Jon walked us through the cancellation process with patience and professionalism, and they made sure our deposit was refunded promptly. Sold this company a trailer and they Havnt swapped the title in 3 years, nor paid the taxes on it. They sold it to another family even though they don’t have the title. New family is going to find out the home they bought is in someone else’s name. Unless you want to get scammed I would stay far away. They refuse to swap the title or are just too lazy to do their jobs. If they are willing to sell someone a trailer without the title what else do they do? The Texas MHD knows this company by name from the amount of complaints they get. Don’t be fooled by them swapping their names around. It’s all the same office, same people.
