I called Wendee to discuss the possibility of having lice after being exposed. I was in full on spiral mode. She literally had me send her a picture of the bug I found and assured me it wasn’t lice and told me if I wanted the reassurance I could come in and she would do a head check for me. She spent 45 minutes on the phone with me calming my anxiety. The next day I went in. She checked my head and no lice but gave me all the info and tools to prevent it as much as I could with having a child in school. Almost a week later I started spiraling again, text her and she had me come back in the next day and rechecked my head for me. There was no pushing her services on me or products. She told me things I could order online to help with insects in my house but never brought up money or tried to influence me to buy her products over others. I ended up spending over $100 on stuff through her because I was so appreciative of her time and knowledge. If you want to go to someone who truly cares and also cares to educate you on the matter then please go see her. You will not be disappointed!

I am so grateful to have found Wendee with Picky Picky! I was recently exposed to lice and found myself convinced that I must’ve gotten it as well when my scalp started to get itchy. I attempted to get into the Lice Clinics of America and Lice Charmers for a scalp check, and found they were booked out for days…and wanting to take a deposit over the phone to secure my spot. No thank you. Luckily, I found and called Wendee with Picky Picky, and she was willing to come into her clinic to check my scalp BEFORE business hours AND she charged ½ the price of the other places. She was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and explained her process in detail. It’s clear she’s been doing this for a long time, and knows exactly what she’s doing! Not only did I leave feeling relieved that I did not have lice (phew!), but I was so pleasantly surprised at the level of amazing customer service I received. It’s so rare these days. Highly, highly recommend Wendee with Picky Picky!

I was traveling when I heard my kids got lice so literally found Wendee off google. She was lovely over the phone, instantly calming me down. She squeezed me in on my break, found nits, but had me out and on my way inside of an hour. So appreciative!

Wendee was fantastic! I found some buggies in my daughter’s hair on a Sunday night and was able to schedule the first available appointment for the next morning. Wendee got her treatment started and checked me to be safe - I had them too 😩 - she was able to get my treatment started while she finished working on my daughter. We ended up buying the treatment shampoo and spray from her and she was very clear about shampooing at LEAST twice before coming back in a week for another head check. Wendee was also very helpful in how to make sure our house was cleaned too. She was very clear that if we saw anything live moving around to call her and come back in immediately and made sure we had her cell number. I spent the entire week being super paranoid but extra vigilant. We went back for our head checks and were all clear. Wendee told us to make sure we use the shampoo a couple more times the following week and be vigilant for 30 days - just in case because those suckers can be tricky! The shampoo we used has not only kept us lice free but it cleared up my daughter’s scalp (which has been itchy and flaky since she was little). I hope we don’t need to see her again, but I am SO thankful that she was available when we needed her.
