I rented a trailer from First Coast Trailer and had a great experience. The pickup process was fast and simple, and the trailer was clean, solid, and ready to go. Even though it was a self-pickup and no one was on site, everything was exactly as promised and easy to access. This was my first time hauling a car and the 20’ box trailer was the largest trailer I had ever pulled. First Coast Trailer Rental had the trailer I needed for my 1,800 mi. trip. After too much research, I realized that First Coast had the only 24'+ truly flatbed tilt trailer with a winch, of which by the way has remote control capability. Equipment was all in great working shape and Nathan was generous in anything extra I may need for the haul.As for Nathan's business approach, he seems to be a confident, empathetic problem solver as opposed to the ever-so-typical short-sided salesman. So very refreshing.He's realistic in expectations and transparent in his dealings, while being both flexible and thoughtful in the customer's purpose of need. I'll surely be doing business with him again.
