I had extensive work done at Dr. Kaplansky’s - over 3-1/2 hours, they knew that novocaine doesn’t work on me and how I have anxiety and they accommodated my needs! Different numbing medication, they made sure that I couldn’t feel anything and when I could, they stopped immediately and gave me more medication! They put on music to help me relax and were so friendly! I couldn’t recommend a better place to go! They even have evening appointments!

I am a health care administrator and may be a bit more critical than others. I absolutely love this place and the office is just over the lockport boundry to Gasport. It takes me 25 minutes from Campbell/Bear Ridge Rd. Not far at all.Love the support staff and Dr Kaplanski!

Recently had my wisdom teeth extracted, was very nervous before. The staff does an excellent job making sure you are comfortable and not in pain. Went very well, they even followed up later that night to check how I was doing. Would recommend Dr. Kaplansky’s dental practice to anyone, especially those with anxiety about dental work.

I was so thrilled to get all the information and finding out I was qualified to get the implants put in and have the ability to eat food- not just “baby”food!I am thrilled with the care I have been given during my journey to complete implants. I could not have asked for a better dentist to take me from no teeth to permanent teeth. The staff is wonderful, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to talk to. The receptionists in the front are great, helpful and a joy to talk to. I absolutely LOVE this practice. Every time I go there they make me feel heard and understood. I don't feel pressured and I've never had a bad experience. The front desk staff, the hygienists, the dentists, all phenomenal, professional and caring. Top notch service. I have always had bad experiences prior to changing to this practice and had horrible anxiety about going to the dentist but they changed my experience entirely. 1000/10 would recommend!!

Jenn is very conscientious regarding my teeth. She does a great job cleaning my teeth and I feel as though I can discuss any problems I may be having regarding my mouth and teeth.
