UPD: Refund? Haha! You’re refused even your promised Chinese film removing! Clowns, were discussed these issues already 3 weeks before you left your stupid answer for this review!————Original review:Absolutely SCAMMERS!They promise well-known brands, but the reality raises serious concerns. Their workshop is completely hidden from customers, so you have no way of verifying what materials are actually being installed on your vehicle. Once the film is applied, it is virtually impossible for an ordinary customer to determine whether the product matches what was advertised. They claim customers are not allowed into the work area because of their insurance policy, yet they refuse to provide any documentation supporting that claim. Conveniently, the moment questions arise about quality control and verification of the products being installed, they hide behind the same explanation.Ironically, the insurance excuse seemed to disappear when I tipped the crew $60 and was allowed to ceramic-coat parts of my vehicle myself inside their garage. Apparently, there were no insurance concerns at that moment. The condition of their customer area speaks volumes about the overall professionalism of this business. An empty refrigerator, no basic amenities for customers, and windows covered with hanging rags create an impression that is very different from the image they try to present. Before the work started, I was told I would receive manufacturer-backed warranties: 10 years for XPEL window tint and 12 years for Legend PPF. After the installation was completed, I learned that they could not provide manufacturer warranties because they are not an authorized dealer. Instead, I was handed an invoice containing a few additional words about a warranty supposedly provided by the "studio" itself.A studio warranty is not the same thing as a manufacturer warranty. The problem is that this business has reportedly been operating from this location for less than a year. Before that, it was located in Austin, and that location was apparently closed. If a manufacturer stands behind its product, the warranty remains tied to the manufacturer. If a small local shop stands behind it, the warranty is only as good as the shop's ability to remain in business. As a result, I have no reliable way to verify what film was actually installed on my vehicle. No paperwork. No contracts. No meaningful documentation. The entire transaction felt like something from decades ago.An authorized XPEL dealer later informed me that they had doubts about whether the tint installed on my vehicle was actually an XPEL product and showed me examples of vehicles with verified XPEL film for comparison. That raises a simple question: if the products installed on my vehicle are genuine and the business is authorized to sell them, why was I unable to receive the manufacturer warranties that were promised before the work started?Protect your money and think carefully before trusting this business. Saving a few hundred dollars is not worth the risk of receiving products that may not match what you were promised.P.S.: The photo was taken by me inside the work zone, "closed off via insurance policy"...P.S.: Check the other reviews carefully. Some of them contain details and patterns that, in my opinion, look very similar to fake reviews...
