Mike and Joe came out fix my deck in a timely manner it was very important to me because the deck had dropped 3 inches and that was supporting the roof so if I didn't get this fixed I was probably going to have roof problems down the road but like finish the job it looks wonderful

Accurate Builders of the Chesapeake was great to work with. They communicated well and were flexible in accommodating the busy nature of the site on which they performed the work for Chartwell Golf & Country Club. They routed, sealed and waterproofed the cosmetic cracks in the Chartwell Dam (a state regulated dam subject to a high level of scrutiny). The work has held up well in the 8 months since it was completed. They were honest in their assessments of the work and readily provided recommendations for any additional work that they thought would be prudent for the long term durability of the structure.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job with waterproofing my basement and removing any mildew smell from years of neglect. They showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. The crew took care to protect the floors and any dust that was generated from the drilling in the concrete floor. They cleaned up after their work and walked through the entire job with me from start to finish. They made suggestions on what could be done to ensure the basement would stay clean and dry in the future. They also did some painting and removal of old insulation and water damaged wood framing. Mike and his team came to our house on a Saturday for a consult. He started working on a Tuesday. The original plan was to do water proof one walk but once the work started we found mold. Mike and his team got to work to extend working the other walls. It took Mike and his team 3 days to complete my basement. When they left they cleaned so good it looked like they were never there. They did wonderful work and will hired them again if I buy a new house.

We contacted Accurate Builders of the Chesapeake for a moderate sized crack that was forming on our basement foundation wall as well as some clear signs of moisture issues (peeling cinderblock paint) and an extremely outdated stairwell drain. Mike came out and gave us a very clear and honest assessment. After three additional quotes and some scare tactics from other companies, we felt the most comfortable moving forward with ABC. They came out one more time to run through the project and modify the quote before starting work.As for the actual work, Mike, Brittany and their team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. This had never had happened before.Mike did a dig out through TheBathroom wall in the basement. Installed a sump pump and tubing to allow the water out of the home. Very satisfied with the results.Fast forward to today..i noticed some moisture in the small bathroom and on the wall.He came out to investigate.. turned out it was a lint ball in the tubing in the house. water was backed up which caused water on floor used a swiffer rod i had in The kitchen to fix the issue.He didnt want payment from since itcwas a simple fix.
