I used these movers on July 17 2026. First of all this is an amazing company . Scheduling and pricing was so easy. I had two men that day on the truck. Had Mike and Ian. First let me tell you ,you never will find any harder working people than these two men. I had to tell them to stop for a couple of minutes to drink some water., it was 90 degrees and these men are machines. Wrapped and tied everything , and handled every piece like it was dynamite. Don’t hesitate to use that company, and if you are lucky to get Mike and Ian ,tell them Fred said hello.

Mark, Shane, Jon, and Pablo were absolutely incredible from start to finish.From the moment they arrived, the team was organized, professional, and came fully prepared with everything needed to make our move go smoothly. They handled every single item with exceptional care and worked together seamlessly as a team.What impressed me most was their positive attitude and constant reassurance throughout the entire move. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire process feel easy. They were polite, respectful, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel rushed or worried. Can't say enough about the team of folks @ Better Choice Moving that made our move-in experience SO FANTASTIC!While dealing with a series of aggravating delays/rescheduled deliveries from our pod company, Antonio was so calm, kind and helpful over the phone while I was super stressed. The team that arrived to move us in were absolutely top-tier. Massive shout-out to Mark, Shane, and Ronny for turning our really bad day completely around. The guys were all very kind, helpful, careful, and FAST, entertained the non-stop questions from my little niece, and made her feel like she was helping. It was like we had friends over. They had such a great vibe, totally positive experience from start to finish.10/10 would definitely hire again. Seriously, don't even look any further than these guys.

I booked packing and moving services - two people for packing, and three people for moving. Originally I had booked these services on two consecutive days, but had to reschedule about a week before the original move date, and was assured it would be no problem and that the packing and moving could be done on the same day, that it would be fine. I was asked to chose a specific time window for both of these services, with packing starting at 10 AM, and I was super clear that the move would be a three person job, and that two guys were not enough. I received a confirmation for three guys with a truck arriving for the moving portion of the job at 1 PM.At 7:30 am on the day of the move, the people who were coming to pack called and said they were on their way. When I explained that the time I was told was 10 AM, I was accused of "rescheduling" and "changing the time" which was completely false - I was asked to pick a specific time window when I booked the job Then, shortly after the guys arrived at 10, I was informed that there would only be the two of them with the truck they had arrived in which was obvious even to me that it would not fit everything, and that the third person with an appropriately sized truck who I had booked and was supposed to arrive at 1 PM for the moving portion of the job was not coming because guys had called in sick. The truck was indeed too small, and another guy ended up coming in on his day off and loading a dresser into his personal vehicle to move it. Then I was accused by the owner of not giving an accurate inventory, which is false (and if the packing had happened the day before the move as it was suppose to any issues with that would have been identified). It ended up being a 12 hour nightmare during a heat wave, and I had to make two additional trips the following day because they didn't even move all of my stuff. And then the owner tried to charge me more than I'd been quoted on top of it when it was all over. At no point has anyone at the company taken any responsibility, and instead tied to blame me because I had rescheduled the date a week prior. I even called the morning of and spoke to Antonio, who assured me there would be three guys coming at 1, which obviously turned out to be totally false. The guys who did the work were great, but despite that the experience with the owner and office staff was so bad that I would warn anyone to not expect to get what you're quoted, and to plan for a bait and switch.

My sister and I made the last minute decision to have movers complete the final step of closing out our mother’s home. Better Choice Movers responded quickly to our request, and got us scheduled for the very next week. From the 3rd floor to the basement, I can't imagine this process having gone any smoother for us. These guys showed up early, worked tirelessly, and took every opportunity to verify I was happy with the way my belongings were packed/handled.Not only did they work with my personal time constraints and handle my things properly, they also did so with the utmost sense of respect and professionalism.Just no nonsense, hardworking and genuinely kind people.---My guys pulled a king size matress w/ adjustable frame and several large pieces of furniture from the 3rd floor of an old victorian style home(slimmer stairs, doors, overall not fun to deal with), deliver and reassemble on delivery...with no damage to my goods or the previous property---ENOUGH SAID.Cameron, Mark, Ian, and Mike... just wanted to say again, thank you guys so much!!!It was an absolute pleasure doing business with yall. When I called better choice movers I wasn’t sure who they were except for reading some of the reviews. Antonio gave me a very fair quote and was very helpful. I was nervous about the move because of a desk that had a wire going through it, which could complicate it. Jones and Tyler were very professional handled the problem as quickly as possible and finish the complete move on time it were professional, friendly, courteous, and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Joe, Cain & Mike showed up at 8am & immediately got to work. Even though the work order was missing a few job details, they readily took on the extra work. Moving is always tough, but Cam and the team made it seamless. They were timely, efficient, incredibly hard workers, and didn't waste a single minute. I was particularly impressed by how carefully they wrapped all of our belongings, including some very heavy marble tables. They handled our move into a brand-new build perfectly—not a single wall was nicked, and everything went exactly where it needed to go with zero issues. An excellent crew that you can trust. The folks at Better Choice were fantastic to work with: great communicators, exuding positive energy, and expert at taking on even the toughest moving tasks. We don’t have a regular staircase from the ground floor to the second floor, just a trap door, but the guys had no problem getting our furniture up through the trap door and reassembled. I only wish I’d hired them sooner!
