I have been going to BayFit for nearly 6 months and it has easily become my happy place. The coaches are so wonderful and knowledgeable and the community is unmatched. I came to BayFit after not exercising consistently since the start of the pandemic and then I moved so starting a new gym in a brand new city felt daunting but I was able to quickly get over that when I started working out at BayFit. I cannot recommend this gym enough. No matter the skill level, you will have a challenging workout that will get you excited to improve and make some great friends along the way!

Amazing place. Attended the training sessions for 2 months during my JC stint. Trials and signup processes were all online and simple.. Members are warm, super helpful and encouraging. Coaches are professional, capable of teaching members at all levels. Owner is an awesome trainer- organized to the minute, mindful and goes extra mile in creating positive vibes - I always got out of his morning classes with much needed positive energy for the day

I joined 150 BayFit about 6 weeks ago and it’s been fantastic adventure and really good experience. I took 4 classes per week now I am thinking to go for 5 days. I see the difference before when I am doing myself and with 150 BayFit team. Before I used to find some excuse to skip the gym now I am thinking an excuse to go gym. The space is amazing and everyone is so friendly and motivating. I am going gym for Saturday for André class, he is one the best coach. I am highly recommended this gym to everyone

The coaches and programming here challenge and push me every day. I’m seeing awesome results, and feel stronger and healthier than my previous routine. Would strongly recommend for anyone who is looking to get into shape. This place rocks!

150 Bayfit is welcoming to all levels. While is it group class format, the instructors have a close eye on everyone to watch for correct form and to give encouragement. I already feel stronger after 4 classes and am looking forward to seeing the results of my hard work in the weeks ahead.

Very very happy to call this my gym. First I tried 3 classes, then the 6 week trial, and have now signed up permanently. There's no "Gym Bros" here, no attitude, no pressure to pay now, get extra nonsense... It's all about hard work. André & team push you to be better, leaner, stronger. You get out what you put in. All are welcome, at all levels. You're only going against yourself but you get encouraged by some world class athletes around you. You will sweat, you will hurt, and you will want to die (!) but you'll see and feel the improvements, you'll have much more energy. Check their socials for a taste of what happens here.

This is exactly the kind of environment I've been looking for. A challenging workout experience that takes me to my limit every time under the guidance of a trainer who is very meticulous about form. The early morning group sessions are perfect for my schedule, and folks are generally very supportive. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I’m in my fourth week here at 150 BayFit and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join! I’m not an athlete by any means, but the support and guidance from André, Cates, and Juan have made working out enjoyable and something I look forward to during the week. Even though I originally joined to get in shape for my wedding day, I’ve noticed an improvement in body image, my mental health, and my relationship with food. These workouts are so rewarding, and I’m excited to see my progress in a year from now! Thank you, 150 BayFit team ☺️
