The 2 stars for Christina for her help and experience...A very disappointing experience with a terrible follow-up from Jennifer. A good friend referred me to Elci for kitchen remodeling. The initial visit was ok. However, I came back to close the deal on the kitchen cabinet and pick the countertops. Christina was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was told by Christina that will pass the info to Jennifer the following day and will be contacted to finalize the deal. 2 weeks and never heard anything. 2 attempts to contact Jennifer by phone with no answer. I have to go purchase my kitchen elsewhere. Close to 20K spent somewhere else. I guess Elci does not need my business. Following up and communicating is very important thing.

Went to Elci cabinets at first but went to another contractor because I thought I would save some money. They started putting up boxed cabinets… Ended up firing them and went with Elci…. Best decision ever… Cabinets were custom designed and professionally installed… All work was incredible… My wife and I are both very happy… They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny…

Went in with my wife looking for help renovating our old kitchen cabinets and floors. Christina helped us out. She was amazing, helped us narrow down all the ideas in our heads into a beautiful new kitchen. The profile picture is my Kitchen.... Beautiful.... ELCI Cabinet and Floors is a great company, their owners are very polite and very attentive. I give to this company five stars. Their quality of work is perfect and their employees are great. However, the best person that ELCI Cabinet and Floors have is Lila, she is the star and MVP of that company, she makes happen your dreams and she kept to your project budget. When they made my kitchen, the owners and Lila were present on my house step by step during the build. I recommend this company 100%, work with Lila she makes the project to happen. But be patient as any big project there will be problems but their owners and Lila know how to work with you. Dr. Serrano
