I first hired Dianne Janfruchte as my realtor when I wanted to purchase a home in Puerto Peñasco (aka: Rocky Point) in 2020, and I found out that she was a realtor in Puerto Peñasco and Arizona as well. I purchased the home, and it was a great experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me through the process. In 2025, my fiancée and I were looking to buy a home in Arizona, and I contacted her to assist me. She again gracefully assisted us. We went from home to home, trying to find the perfect fit for us. Not once did Dianne complain; she even gave us some tips on what to look for! And she can tell you, we looked at a lot of homes. We finally found our perfect home in January 2026, and she went above and beyond to get the sellers to ensure our sale went smoothly and to deliver what they promised. We even got a new roof!! Dianne ensured the roof service was completed and paid for before our closing. I appreciate all she has done for us in helping us buy our new forever home. My fiancée was very happy with the service she provided. I am currently selling my home in Puerto Peñasco, and I have again hired Dianne as my real estate agent. Dianne did an amazing job helping me find my first home. She was helpful and very knowledgeable about the best and safest places in the area. Once we found the one she was very efficient in getting done that need to be done to move the process along. She was great at communicating, very quick with responses and answering questions. I had another realtor for two months and then I met Dianne at an open house for a property she was selling. My priorrealtor had minimal showings. Once I decided to work with Dianne, we had multiple open houses and showings. She was able to get me a great offer in two weeks. Dianne is an amazing realtor and a great person too.
