More than a realtor. I met Buchi by looking for houses on my own and he was waiting for a client and took the time to show me the house. I didn’t know at that time he would become my realtor because I had a realtor. Lucky for me that client/realtor relationship didn’t work out. The most important (one of) thing for first time home buyers is to feel confident and assured in your decisions and choices. Assured that you're asking the right questions, reassured that you're not asking too many questions. For that feeling, you need a realtor who is knowledgeable, experienced, patient as determined. Our home buying journey was a little atypical, longer than we expected but even when we were distracted by sunrooms and granite countertops, Buchi served as a compass to remind of us why we embarked on this journey in the first place.
