He spent all the time I needed to show me the operation and procedures when something goes wrong. The whole thing took less than an hour. Took my printer in for an estimate for repairs at QLS Solutions. That afternoon they called me and told me that it was a cartridge issue and they replaced the cartridge and cleaned the printer. I then told them I only requested an estimate and to call before performing any work. As it is a work printer and I already had cartridges, I told them that I didn't request a cleaning and only an estimate... More

Took my printer in for an estimate for repairs at QLS Solutions. That afternoon they called me and told me that it was a cartridge issue and they replaced the cartridge and cleaned the printer. I then told them I only requested an estimate and to call before performing any work. As it is a work printer and I already had cartridges, I told them that I didn't request a cleaning and only an estimate . She was very rude and told me they would remove the new cartridge but I had to pay 60$ for the cleaning after having already paid 28.28$ for the diagnostic. They would not return my printer until I paid 60$. This is extortion or switch and bate, bring it in and they fix whatever without authorization. I am only one consumer and I can imagine how they are ripping off corporate accounts. Stay away! Less
