I had an unforgettable and extremely unpleasant experience with real estate agent Wilson Hon(EXP REALTY) In order to evict problematic tenants from his own property, he forged tenant documents and introduced them to my property. These documents were all seriously forged, yet he is still working as a real estate agent dealing with people. Moreover, being highly skilled in deception, he intentionally manipulated the situation to protect both himself and the tenants by making the tenant voluntarily pay deposits exceeding the legal limit under tenant law. This led to over three years of ongoing litigation with the tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board. If that wasn’t enough, Wilson Hon evaded accountability by claiming that all of his fraudulent actions were related to the tenant, refusing to respond to three police summons and attempting to deny all responsibility in court. Because of his fraudulent actions, I suffered significant property damage and have been embroiled in years of legal battles. His unethical conduct has caused me immense stress and financial pain. His failure to act with honesty and professionalism has completely destroyed my life. I strongly urge others to avoid dealing with this agent to prevent experiencing the same devastation I have.
