MCMA is without a doubt the most wonderful dojo around! Ms. Rose and Mr. Lewis are the best instructors! They have such a passion for teaching and for not only the students but the whole family. This truly is the best decision I’ve made coming to this studio!

I highly recommend Blue Life Karate & Kickboxing Center! Shihan Duran Howard is an outstanding, professional, compassionate mentor, intellectual, and knowledgeable instructor, and an exceptional individual! Kickboxing has improved my concentration, dedication to personal well-being, and boosted my flexibility and muscle definition, resulting in a weight loss of 30 pounds. A highly motivating and encouraging environment has made all of this possible, and the results are self-evident.

5 stars Sensei Durand Howard works wonderfully with children and families. Understanding of personal circumstances, yet always expecting students to contribute to the best of their ability.
