Met Josh at my home to quote a Tesla charger install. All went well and that was the last time I ever heard from him. Have called the office several times over 3-weeks, I finally received a call back from Matt (I believe) who apologized but said does not know what's going on with the quote. Trying to support a local veteran owned business, but I have to recommend you call someone else.

I reached out to a few places for quotes on a NEMA plug installation. After reading some great reviews on Reddit, I decided to contact this company. They provided a fair and reasonable estimate, which I accepted without hesitation.On installation day, two technicians arrived and completed the job efficiently and professionally. The work was done to a high standard--neat, clean, and exactly as promised.I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to friends. Impressive Electric did a fine job of replacing the exhaust fan/light in the bathroom after the old one caught fire and we had a small fire. They checked all the wiring to make sure no damage was done and installed a new fixture. Their work was done professionally and on time. The crew was very friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to call them again

This is the second time we have used Impressive Electric. The first time was much more involved than the second but both calls were handled professionally by courteous staff. They arrived on time and did the work requested at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely call them for future electrical work and have already referred them to a friend for work needed on a lamp in her yard.

I needed some fixtures installed, a ceiling fan outside light and bathroom vanity. I called last week to see if they would do a small job like I needed I was told yes indeed they did and made an appointment for today. Jeff and Drake arrived in time and got right to the job after asking me what I needed done . They were quick and efficient. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Before I knew it the jobs were completed. I have had work done before by Impressive so I am a return customer. If you need electrical work big or small, they do it all! Please call them. Don't use a friend of a friend that has no business working with electricity. Call the pro....be safe, not sorry.

We called 3 electrician's for a quote to install a Tesla charger. The quote was fair and I felt the explanation for the scope of the work was honest and genuine (not trying to sell us stuff we don't need). On the day 2 guys came into do the work. They were both professional and worked quickly to do the job. We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them 5/5!

The crew that arrived at my home yesterday was great. Knowledgeable about electrical for pools. We added on a job and the technician seamlessly continued to the new task. I needed a bathroom vent installed properly vented through the roof and not through the soffit vent or ridge vent (I don't want a future mold problem). Other service providers wanted to use those methods to get out of going on the roof; I supplied the bathroom vent, the roof vent and insulated duct. The other bids were higher and offered less quality. Woody and Josh at Impressive did not hesitate to give a quote over the phone, following with a pdf via email. The quote was based on my description of the job which they did not question. The date was agreed upon and kept. Matt called to let me know he and his partner were on the way. The team was very professional wearing masks unasked and getting right to the task. They did a great job, finished in less time than expected and even helped with a faulty GFI when asked. I will be using them again as they are not only Impressive; they are reasonable and thorough in their work.

They came out the same day and quickly fixed the issue I was having with my ChargePoint EV Charger. I will definitely use them again for electrical needs.

I called about getting a plug for our new Tesla installed. They came out that day to look at our garage and our panel. Install appointment was very soon after that. They arrived on time, job was done perfectly. We will be having them do a hookup for our above ground pool. Very professional and I highly recommend them!!

Josh did amazing work. He was able to troubleshoot a couple of issues we were having, replaced 2 switches, 2 lights and 2 ceiling fans, including installing the spreader bar and box that did not exist previously. He made sure the job was done correctly and quickly. His pricing is also really reasonable and he also gave us a 10% discount for my husband being military.
