I cannot thank Diana enough for creating such a supportive environment. Dynamic edge is more than a gym. I have been welcomed from the moment I reached the door. In the 5 weeks since I have started personal training my confidence and strength in the gym has improved significantly and I am motivated to show up each week to see what I can achieve. Going to Dynamic Edge everyday since starting last September has turned my mind and body around. Everyday is different with Di and her coaching staff constantly fine tuning programs to suit my particular issues and restrictions. They are like minded with all their clients. I never thought that i would be part of a gym family, but I am now and loving it. It is a pleasure to be a part of a great lot of people.

I recently finished a 4-week trial at Dynamic Edge Fitness and have decided to sign up ongoing. It’s been a really positive experience so far. The sessions are well structured and manageable, and the environment feels welcoming without being overwhelming. Diana, the owner and her team, are great – supportive, encouraging, and keeps you accountable, which makes it easier to stay consistent. Overall, it’s a good mix of challenge and support, and I’m glad I gave it a go.
