Platinum roof replaced my rubber roof below my second floor deck. They disassembled my deck and railings piece by piece and then reassembled them. You would never know any work was done. Communication was great progress photos were provided and cleanup performed.

I will always be grateful to have made contact with Jack Kopko when I did. It was the day before I was to begin a very difficult process of helping a recently widowed woman who lost her husband and best friend of 55 years in December 2025, prep her home for sale at 1.6M while she was still unable to not cry for hours a day.Jack showed up early to the scheduled appointment to diagnose the roof and ultimately recommend repair which was completed on the spot, but not until after he helped Mrs.Lydic bring up her monthly BJs grocery run! After that he recommended the roof be treated so the mildew and elements would fall away and reveal a cleaner more aesthetically pleasing curb appeal and yield as much of a return on the owner’s investment. Then… he noticed the home needed a good power wash. He was correct, but the owner was anxious to get it done and paid $900 a few weeks earlier -for basically nothing. Jack got a powerwash there within the hour which led to great results and an even more improved upon luxury home that needed his expertise and guidance. We have had a mystery leak for two years on our three season room. We had another roofer out multiple times and they did their best to identify the source but it came back. Jack from Platinum came out and just before leaving, came up with one more thing to check and it looks like he found the solution! Very happy.

We are so pleased with our new roof! Jack, the gentleman handling our project, is excellent! He provided his expertise helping us to choose the best products for our roof & described in detail how they were going to lay the shingles for the best outcome with our solar panels. The crew who installed our roof worked basically nonstop to insure the roof was waterproof before quitting for the day. This means they worked 14 hours the first day! They worked really hard, they kept the work site clean & they finished up by using a magnet to pick up stray nails. They were awesome!! I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about purchasing a new roof.
