We had a warehouse flat roof replaced last week and were very impressed with the whole process. Jack was helpful and accommodating with a few special issues we were facing. They worked with us on timing of the job, as well as questions and concerns we had regarding replacement of HVAC units. On the job Alex and his crew explained what they were doing. I would definitely work with Platinum Roofs again!

We had a small leak in one of our rooms. Platinum roofs came out and did a great job analyzing where it could be coming from and fixing the issue. They also had great follow up if there were any additional issues. I highly recommend.

Platinum Roofs was impressive from the start. They quickly arranged a visit to assess a leak in our Duradek flat roof. Wayne Mitchell (Sales Manager) arrived for the first appointment on time, and was pleasant and professional. Wayne was not rushed and took the time to explain to me how he assessed the leak. He concluded that since the Duradek would need replacing sometime in the future that it made sense to attempt a less expensive remedial step at this stage. After figuring out what was needed to complete the repair, Wayne offered an appointment the next day to do the work. Wayne again arrived on time and had all the materials needed to do the work. He was careful and focused when he performed the work and clearly showed pride in his work. He explained how to monitor the situation to determine whether the remediation worked and if not to contact him for alternative solutions that he discussed with me. Without question, I recommend Wayne and if he is an example of the overall culture at Platinum Roofs the entire company deserves this top rating.

Shingles blown off during last wind storm. Called platinum roofs were able to come out and repair within a day. Awesome job.

Wow, I can't believe I called Jack at 8 am because a piece of fascia blew off from my roof. The problem was fixed by 9:30 am.Thank you Jack and Alex.
