Going into my weight loss journey, I was very hesitant and pessimistic about ““what makes this weight loss journey different from the other options “. I decided to focus and gave it 110%. My first month was a lot of adjustments, adapting and evolving. Then, the weight, inches, my personality all was at 110%… I couldn’t be more please with the results. I absolutely love this place!! My mom was the one who found them and I am so glad she did. I have worked with personal trainers and didn’t really see much results but since coming here, my family and friends have seriously noticed a transformation. I did not realize how bad I was eating until coming here and didn’t want to really go on a diet but more so learn how to eat cleaner especially since I am on the road a lot for my career. The red light therapy is definitely soothing and I always end up falling asleep. I notice a difference in how my clothes are fitting and I just feel great! I have a ton of energy and I can’t wait to see my end results when I finish the program. I have been with them for 2 months and when I first came I was 132lb!! A lot of people would say I looked great but I didn’t feel good on the inside. I am now at 125lb and lost 6 percent body fat!

I could not have asked for a better team to help me on my weight loss journey. Joe and Tracy have been incredible! As of today I am down 43 pounds in 3 months, I have lost about 18 inches of my whole body. I never imagined that I wouldve been able to get this far and feel so incredible at the same time. My energy is through the roof, I have no more knee pain from the excess weight and the feeling of just feeling healthy makes everything for me. To be down 4 pant sizes and not have to cringe when I put a bathing suit on this year just brought me real tears of joy and feel like wow I made it and feel confident for the first time in a long time was the icing on the cake. The Red light treatment are so relaxing and feel so good I look so forward to coming in every week and getting the services, my skin complexion is so firm and tight I get so many compliments and I can’t keep the smirk off to know it’s only getting better from here. I joined 3 months ago. I have lost 33 lbs so far. This program has been life changing. Before I started; I did not drink water, eat vegetables or fish. Now, I don’t go through a day without them. I have been going to Rockland Weight Loss for 8 weeks to be a supportive husband. She was desperate to lose weight and tried other methods which were unsuccessful. into her body My wife didn't want to do ozempic like some people she knows. I have been going to Rockland Weight Loss for 8 weeks and I am so pleased with my results. In 8 weeks I lost 19 pounds and 14 inches. I have so much more energy and feel great. My clothes fit me so much better. My blood pressure and my cholesterol are back to normal and it also helped with my skin. Joe, Tracy and Sierra are so supportive and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable. You can call or text Joe and Tracy anytime if you have a question or unsure of anything. I love the red light treatments. They aid in helping you lose inches. The red light bed targets your whole body at once. The ultra slim targets your problem areas. For me I suffer from menopause and my stomach and my arms were terrible. I’ve been pre diabetic, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol as long as I can remember. I really felt that I reached the point where I just didn’t have it in me to try anymore, until I found this place. Joes knowledge that he has given me for a complete lifestyle change has been incredible. The instant I started I noticed wow this is what a healthy body is supposed to feel like. Here is my 5 month update, No longer a pre diabetic, just got off high blood pressure medication, and now my cholesterol is stable. I’m also down 48 pounds to boot which is a massive plus and the whole reason I needed the help in the first place. I can’t recommend this place enough, I’ve been too dozens of doctors that offered me No solutions in the past, now I never have to look for another solution I have found it here, Thanks to Joe and Tracy, you guys have no idea how much you mean to me and getting me through those battles in my head, you are family and can’t wait to keep continuing my journey with you both.

I absolutely love this place! My only wish is that I found it sooner. I had gastric bypass surgery and it was a fail, I was desperate for something and that’s when I found this place! The nutrition plan is great and the red light therapy has helped me in so many ways, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to go through chemo, the red light therapy not only helped with tightening my skin, draining my fat cells, but it also rejuvenated my cells, doing this program I feel great!
