I owe a great deal of thanks and gratitude to Leslie for caring enough about people to want to see them be better versions of themselves. I really appreciated this 28 Day Reset and all of the support and guidance that was provided daily. I knew that it wasn’t going to be easy because I’d gotten into my own habits of working out and snacking too much but I wanted to change, I just didn’t know where to start. It wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t as hard as I thought it might be, I think partly because there were so many choices and so much delicious food recipes that I feel like I ate more, just healthier. And there were some great healthy treat recipes as well. I’m glad I gave myself the chance, and I am confident that I will not go back to some of those old ways because I feel so much better and when I trip up, I know I’ll get back up and do better next time. I am very proud of myself and I have some great tools and I’ve learned a lot!! Thank you again Leslie!
